Kristina Haeussler | Executive Advisor
Kristina Haeussler has been with HI Agency since the start. She is our Jill of all trades and can handle anything we throw at her. She has been married to Doug Haeussler for over 20 years and together they share 3 beautiful daughters. Kristina is the behind the scenes backbone of HI Agency and we are so thankful to have her.
Kim Watkins | Licensed Agent | Client Services Supervisor
Kim already had 16 years of insurance experience when she started with HI Agency in December of 2020. She is extremely knowledgeable in both personal and commercial lines and can answer any question you may have (if she doesn't have the answer- she is more than happy to learn the new information and get right back to you). Kim has been married to the love of her life for over 26 years. She and her husband, Robert, have three boys- Trey (26), Michael (25), and Nathan (21) who are their whole world. She has two dogs, and she enjoys camping, relaxing, and reading. Kim has one of those warm personalities that makes you feel like you're talking to your best friend.
Kari Yaws | Licensed Client Services Representative
Kari has been with HI Agency since 2011. She started out as a Customer Service Representative and when she became licensed in 2018 she became a Level II Customer Service Rep and has been Nick Klein's right hand woman ever since! She is extremely knowledgeable and is always ready to answer your questions. She has been married to her husband, Jay, for almost 10 years and they share an 8 year old son, Aidan. They enjoy family time- watching movies, going to the arcade, or going on road trips! Kari may be soft spoken, but she is a force to be reckoned with!
Mary Lainez | Licensed Client Services Representative
Mary Lainez has been a Customer Service Rep with HI Agency since September of 2019. She has a passion for helping people- which is what makes her one of our best CSRs. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. Mary is quick to assist, and will always do what's best for the client. We are so happy she is part of the HI Family.
Brianna Delatorre| Licensed Client Services Representative
Brianna “Bri” DeLaTorre is a Licensed Account Manager with over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in home and auto coverage. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for continuous learning, Bri brings both expertise and a personal touch to every client interaction. She holds her Property & Casualty License along with certifications in Travel and Tourism with Business, allowing her to serve clients with well-rounded knowledge and care.
Bri chose a career in insurance because of the ever-evolving challenges and opportunities to grow within the industry. She enjoys building genuine connections with her clients and finds great satisfaction in helping them feel protected, informed, and confident in their coverage decisions. Known for her relationship-focused approach, Bri values one-on-one interactions and takes pride in developing long-term relationships built on trust and personalized service.
Outside of the office, Bri enjoys taking long walks, reading self-help and inspirational books, and creating music playlists spanning all genres. She also loves spending time exploring local antique shops and discovering unique treasures throughout the community.
Brandon Byers | Licensed Agent | Claims Specialist
Brandon Byers brings a strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and service to the HI Agency team. With nearly two years in the insurance industry and a background in military, law enforcement, and intelligence, Brandon is uniquely equipped to handle complex situations with confidence and precision. He specializes in claims support and customer relations, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and cared for during every step of the process. Website Information
Licensed in General Lines Property and Casualty, Brandon takes pride in delivering a customer-first experience. He believes in speaking with clients—not at them—and works to resolve issues with a level of professionalism and attention that clients rarely encounter today. Outside the office, Brandon enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren and relaxing with his brindle pitbull, Scout. A cigar enthusiast at heart, he also hopes to one day open his own cigar lounge. His dedication to service, both professionally and personally, reflects his commitment to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional care to every client he serves.
Kiki Walker | Payroll Specialist
Kiki Walker serves as the Payroll Specialist for HI Agency, bringing over five years of insurance industry experience and a strong background in accounting and property management. Before joining the insurance field, she spent two years as an Accounting Assistant and ten years in property management, developing a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of financial accuracy and organization. Her experience allows her to support both the team and clients with efficiency, precision, and care.
Kiki believes that insurance found her at the right time and has embraced a career centered on helping others. She takes pride in putting people at ease when they have questions or concerns and approaches every interaction with a relationship-focused and detail-oriented mindset. By listening closely, understanding each situation, and responding thoughtfully, she ensures clients and team members feel heard, respected, and well taken care of.
Outside of the office, Kiki enjoys making her yard beautiful and spending time relaxing at the lake. She shares her home with Maria, her iguana, and appreciates any opportunity for a good laugh. Her positive spirit, attention to detail, and commitment to meaningful relationships make her a valued part of the HI Agency team.
Mary Villareal | Client Service Representative
Mary Villarreal brings over 11 years of insurance industry experience to her role as Policy Processor at HI Agency. With a strong background in servicing and processing, Mary plays a vital role in ensuring policies are handled accurately, efficiently, and with close attention to detail. Her experience allows her to navigate the behind-the-scenes work that keeps clients protected and accounts running smoothly.
Mary chose a career in insurance because she genuinely enjoys helping people. She values being someone clients can rely on when they have questions, need guidance, or simply want reassurance that everything is taken care of. What she enjoys most is making the process easier and less stressful—whether that means answering questions, making policy changes, or resolving concerns. Knowing she helped someone feel supported and at ease is what motivates her every day.
Her approach to customer service is warm, patient, and detail-oriented. Mary takes the time to truly listen, communicate clearly, and ensure each request is handled with care so clients feel valued and understood.
Outside of work, Mary stays busy with her three active children, cheering them on at baseball, cheer, and soccer events. She enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and discovering family-friendly activities around town—especially when it includes trying great Mexican food. In addition to working full-time and raising three kids, Mary is also pursuing her nursing degree, demonstrating her incredible dedication, drive, and heart for helping others.
